The purpose of this little
essay of sorts is to try and keep everything organized that both EV1 and
MrGutman have posted. There is also
speculation added in which has been taken from various posters from Sucks. I try to give credit to those whose posts I
borrowed from.
Dates and times have been
included in case anyone notices a pattern as to when each tends to post. (Besides the fact that when one posts, the
other seems to show up)
This by no means represents
MY OPINION and should not be read as such.
I just tried to get a summary together in hopes that someone can
decipher the clues that are being left and taunting those of us following the
thread. Whether there is real spoiler
value here remains to be seen, yet to simply overlook it and dismiss it, would
be a shame, especially if there is information hidden in these messages that
really pan out. So, enjoy the riddles,
have fun, and feel free to contact me with any input you have.
Since Ev1 popped back up and
continues posting, I will either update this essay or do a continuation - Part
2 to keep us all updated. This seems to
help in keeping the “relevant” posts together and skip through some of the
various other topics that pop up.

I have heard
this rumor circulating. But, I have heard that it is Sean Rector and Brian
Heidek returning as well as Johnny Fairplay and Gina from S4. Apparently, the
island is in turmoil after they return. People will be pissed. Who is your
source GFactor? New id's make me nervous. You could be just a jerkoff looking
for attention.

The school
receptionist was very hesitant when answering my questions. But, that's
probably pretty normal. I don't want to read too much into that. All we know
is, he was gone for at least a month.

First off, I
have posted here before. Secondly, it doesn't matter how hard I will try to
convince you, most won't believe me. But, I have come across information that
will blow the Chill one and Sleek spoilers out of the water. They are plants
folks. The boot order is true only through the first 4 votes. What I can tell
you, is that the awkward moment between Jeff and Johnny Fairplay on the reunion
show has validity. I am actually in fear that people will come after me. So, I
will not give too much away. What I can say is..."Do you really believe
the boot order would be handed to you on a silver platter for the All Stars
show?" And, why do you think so many Survivors are rumored to be pissed
about how things went down? There are rumors that legal action is taken by
survivors. That just doesn't mesh with the boot layout. The big twist my
friends is that this board is being fooled. A scenario will take place around
week 5 or 6 that will make everyone here scratch their heads. I guarantee it.
Go ahead and start your countdown. But, don't forget this day. I will be
vindicated.

Notes: Ev1
was correct about Sleek being correct through the first 4 boots.
**Sleek is an admitted
hoax. Is he a plant? There is the “letter” supposedly from sleek
and “team” stating he was a plant. Was
this letter real or another hoax by someone with time on his hands?
**Ev suggests that what JFP
said at the PI reunion holds validity.
JFP said “Maybe during ASS my grandfather will die” or words to that affect. Thus, following Ev’s reasoning, that means
that JFP really does make an appearance in ASS. (More on that further below)
**Ev suggest he/she is in fear
that people will come after him.
Who? Ev does not sound like he
is suggesting a C&D or a contract breach, he used the word “fear” which
seems to imply fear for his safety.
**Legal action by
survivors. Plural. We know about the Sue incident now. It is possible she sues CBS either as a
direct result of the incident or perhaps because she quits and forfeits her
money. Or maybe this isn’t it at
all. Who else is rumored to sue? Why?
“A scenario takes place
around week 5 or 6 that will make everyone scratch their heads”.
**We saw in episode 5 the
incident with Sue and Rich. Is this
what Ev is referring to? We all seem to
be having heated debates as to what really happened. Is this the head scratcher?
**Ev1 claims to have posted
on Sucks before. So, Ev1 is a ghostnic
(DUH). Does anyone see any similarities
to other former posters or even previous posters style? (Ev1 could also still be posting under
another name, which would explain why he always shows up at the same times as
MrGutman) Perhaps, Ev1 is a FREQUENT
poster. Just speculation.

curious about that, myself. When it disappeared yesterday, I assumed it was
deleted for being a hoax. I even looked over in The Dump, and it was nowhere to
be found. Simply vanished.
Does its sudden reappearance mean that it has been determined NOT to be a hoax?

folks. I have gone underground for now...so to speak. We will chat soon. Some
of you are mysteriously accurate in your assessments. I'm not surprised. All
sorts of scenarios have been bandied about on this board. Someone is bound to
guess correctly. It should also come as no surprise that the 3 tribes rumors
started back in S3, finally came into play in the real game in S7. Some of MB's
ideas have actually come from very imaginative speculating on this board. So,
with that said...watch closely...you never know when your speculation will
actually become reality.

I just
clicked back on the spoilers board and I SWEAR I saw a thread that was
titled.... the Tau of Bamboozling (sp?)... I always hit refresh and when I did
it disappeared. Was it there or am I really nuts? It was also started by Ev1...
maybe this one was just renamed for a split second?

couldn't agree with you more. In fact, this message board has been a total
waste of everybody's time. The only thing that Ev1 has told us that has come
true was that the name of this up-and-coming episode had the word bamboozled in
it. But even Ev1 didn't say that the episode title would be caused that. It was
merely the name of this message board thread. Other than the title (which I
personally believe to be a pure coincidence), Ev1 has revealed absolutely
nothing. In fact, he or she is totally relying on us to make "much
more" out of his or her posts than actually exist. If he or she were the
only poster on this board, the information provided would be useless. It's only
because of the word play that people want to believe goes on that we are even
paying attention to his or her rant. If JFP or SR do not appear on this
Thursday's episode, we will know that Ev1 was a fraud and his or her posts will
no longer carry any weight.

First off, I want to send a 'shout out' to all of my non believers out there
who feel they are being bamboozled by my "You are being bamboozled"
post. Do you really think I give a Pagong rats hooha about what you think about
my credibility, or what it is you think I have to gain by sharing info with
you? I hope you think I am a 'plant' or a 'hoax', cause when the next reckoning
day comes, you will still be sitting here in judgement with your 'gimme gimme
gimme' attitude. You want to know the exact order of who goes next, then go talk
to Gutman. He's the true 'snake in the grass' around these parts.
I am here to give clues to you which apparently have fallen on many deaf ears.
Now, that I have that off my chest, lets bury the hatch. or as Tom might say,
'down the hatch'.
The trouble with TAO is that nobody truly believes in it. How's that for a head
scratcher? (insert whine from various posters) "Ev1 is telling us nothing.

I say play the game lurker. I swear, some of you have the playing skills of

that info yourself if you so choose. But, let me rectify the situation for you.

suggesting that past castaways are brought into the game, possibly in
Ep9.
We do not know in what manner these people may be brought back.
**I think it is safe to assume this is a ONE day stint

compete in a challenge with a former or against a former tribe mate?
(Reference: Is it fair of me to
play you like that?)
2. A
ghost tribe ala S7 *groan*

Past players being brought into the game to replace some of the original
ASS contestants

Substitute for the family visit, instead paired up with a castaway from each players original season
5.
Past contestants as part of the family visit/challenge
6.
Past contestants brought in to sit on the jury.

poem - is the “old man” part what is important here. Old is different to everyone. Older player in comparison to some, yet not
old per se.
**Here, we have to figure out if indeed this refers to
someone who is both OLD (if this is important) and in a bamboo
hat, or if the key reference Ev wanted us
to pick up
on is the bamboo hat, which Ev bolded.
**Who fished alone?
1.
Matt from the Amazon. He also
seems to resemble the mystery person in the opening credits. That poem also seems to fit in with Matt. Fishing alone - At one with the
environment - Student of Chinese language and philosophy. (Taken in part from
Isgal1’s post)
BUT, we know that Matt was traveling out of the country, (Hong Kong, London, etc…. thanks MWW) and
therefore, could not have taken part in ASS. This has
been verified by people close to
Matt. Grrrrr, he fit so well and it would be SO GREAT to see
him again.

The old fisherman in the bamboo hat... a taoist image of man in harmony with
nature. Which ghost from Survivor's past best embodied that image? I'd say
Matthew. What a kick it would be if Matthew got to participate in ASS in some
way. I would LOVE to see a meeting between Matthew and Rupert.. my two all time
favorite survivors. What a team they would make.

possibility for the name "EV1" is that there is an internet service
provider called Everyone's Internet. The email addresses are @ev1.net. I really
doubt it that this person would be so uncreative with their screenname, but
just throwing that out there.

The lot
of you need to get a life. Really you should all be ashamed of yourselves.
Acting like Ev1 has even insider information is preposterous. Let us not
forget, Ev1 implied (from what I've read) that new people were going to be
coming on this episode and that was the "bamboozle". Unfortunately
that didn't pan out for Ev, so the gears begin to move and switch directions.
Now all of a sudden there is a riddle. Come on, really. No, the way I see it,
you need to really get your Daisy dukes out of your cracks.

familiar with the Gospels...
I assume the one I have is one of the Synoptic Texts culled from the Quelle
(also known ironically as the Q!) although frankly even though I toss it out
there, I am not at all confident in my musings at all. Even as far as
puzzle-salvage goes.
The one I have is probably the biblically taxing one...
I assume that I am missing the other two Synoptics as well as John the
revelator. One of the other synoptics is funny in context, but no clue on how
to doctor up the other one to make it fit any sort of context at all! LOL
That is....Unless I am missing all three synoptics, in which case I am ROTFLMAO
because of the implications of that. And the Irony!

this thread of his own accord. Did you catch his allusions here? He is starting
to be less confrontational and more cryptic in his posts. I have no freaking
clue what he is saying to me regarding the Gospels (since my next book is based
upon the Book of James, he would do well to dig a little further down the New
Testament line for me to more fully understand what he is trying to get at,)
but it is fun to play with his other allusions nonetheless.
His header is from Rust Never Sleeps (Neil Young)
"The King (Elvis/Hatch) is gone but not forgotten;
This is the story of Johnn Rotten (Sex Pistols/JFP?)"
And the Country Road / tree comment is the setting from Waiting for Godot which
he also references by making a connection betwixt Lucky ( a character in Godot)
with Ev1. Which doesn't really jibe with my interpretation of Godot, Ev OR
Gutman for that matter. But c'est la vie.
ETA: New Hampsta - good job, you can also add Gervase (pagong rats), and
Christy (deaf ears) to your list from that post. Any clue what that Gimme,
gimme, gimme was all about? Or what Gutman is talking about?
