Episode 13 preview and Final picks
The Apprentice has even passed my projections for success, recently beating an original CSI episode head to head in the Adult category. I knew that the show would be successful but never thought it would get to this level in the first season.
We have been pretty accurate with our picks. Each week we gave our prediction along with a backup pick and we only missed one time when Heidi was fired. Our final four from the start was Amy, Bill, Nick and Katrina so three out of four is not bad either.
It looks like Trump is getting rid of two people in the first 20 minutes of the show. We are not sure exactly what happens, but we are guessing the love birds get fired (Amy, Nick) and Bill and Kwame are left to compete qfor the job.
We also know that Omarosa and Troy come back to the game. We are not exactly sure the roll that they will play, but we are pretty sure that neither of them have a shot to get back into the game and win.

Kwame surprised us in this game since he was not an original final four. After the first few episodes we thought he was fired for sure because of his bad decision making and lack of leadership. What saves him in the end is his intelligence and his poise. What we learned about Trump and the type of person he is looking for is
1. Not too big of an ego (No room for another ego with Trump around)
2. A cool head under pressure
3. Intelligence
Omarosa was kept around until she lost it emotionally in the board room, Ereka was too emotional as well. Trump liked Sam,Troy, and Heidi, but fired them because of their Maverick style. Kristy buckled under the pressure and did not stick up for herself when it counted, neither did Tammy, Jesse, or David. Bowie and Jason lacked the intelligence and were a little to green.
In the end, Amy, Nick and Bill are most likely all better business minds when it comes to running a company. They have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to be succesful during the challenges when their teams needed them. But Kwame fits the Corporate image that Trump is looking for. He will be able to carry out a task when given one, and will portray a professional image when doing so. He will have the intelligence to speak with his fellow management team, and will not embarass Trump by doing something crazy.
The person running one of Trump's businesses for a year does not need to be a creative genius, or an outside of the box Maverick. The person needs to simply follow directions from Trump, keep their nose clean, and look like they know what they are doing. Kwame fits this role perfectly.
