How are orders processed
Seed packets, bookmarks, candy
wrappers, bubble wrappers, and personalized ribbon orders are created
by us and shipped 1-2 weeks after payment is received. Your order
will be sent to you in plenty of time for your event, but if you
should need your favors earlier let us know and we will make sure
you get them by the date requested.
Our wholesale item orders are
placed as soon as we receive payment and usually take 3-5 business
days to ship. Once the order is shipped it usually takes about 4-5
business days to receive your items (sometimes longer for California
customers). If you need your favors before this time period then
select faster shipping terms upon checkout or email us.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, candy wrapper orders ship within
a few days while seed packets, soaps and bookmarks may take up to
two weeks to be created and shipped (especially in our busy season
January - August). We recommend you plan ahead for you event, but
realize that a great number of our orders are rush. If you need
your order quickly, please email us to see if we can process your
order ASAP. You may be surprised at how quickly can get your order
out. Also, we can overnight to most areas for an additional fee
if needed.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priorty Mail
or UPS ground depending on what you select. We always use Delivery
Confirmation and you normally will receive an auto-generated email
from USPS upon packaging and sending. UPS orders are trackable as
well, just email us and we will check into it for you
What if there is a problem with my
order?
We try our best to deliver your order as
directed, but do have an occasional error. If you should have any
problem upon receipt, please email us at llondy@londyscreations.com
at your earliest convenience. We will be more than happy to work
with you on resolving any discrepancy.
How well in advance can I order seed
packets? Will they keep until my event?
Seed can remain fresh for several years when
stored under the proper conditions. These conditions are quite easy
to maintain. Our packets are shipped in zip-lock type bags (which
is necessary when storing for awhile, just try to keep a minimal
amount of air in them). If your event is more than 4 months away,
we will also ship each bag with a silicone packet. This is essential
for freshness as the silicone absorbs most moisture. Simply store
your packets in a cool dry place until your event and you will have
fresh, usable seeds !
What if I need a quantity other than
what is listed on the site?

. We can accommodate most order sizes.
Do you offer free samples?
We do not give free samples out over the
Internet, however you can order just one of most of our products
if you would like to try them out
What if I have a specific theme or
picture I would like to use for my event?
You are welcome to email us your images in
jpg or gif format. PLEASE do not send us any copyright material
( ie :Disney images such as Mickey Mouse or professional copyrighted
photographs) We also have the right to refuse to print and inappropriate
images (ie: Pornographic imagery) We also may be able to help you
with a specific theme /image you are trying to accommodate ( Ie:
A Farm themed Birthday party)
Can I change the font or wording
on my order ?
We have many other fonts available as well
as colors for your wording, We are also willing to work with you
on specific wording (space permitting).
I would like to order, but do not
want to use a credit card, is this possible?
Paying by Credit Card is the preferred method
of payment, however PAYPAL is also available, and you can also send
