Need to send a gift but not sure what they want? Why not send them a gift certificate?

This special button allows you to order a gift certificate and pay for it with any of our defined payment options. The gift certificate will be identified by a code number which you can enter on your shopping cart page to pay for an order. You will have the option of sending a special e-mail message to the recipient, identifying our website and the gift certificate code number, or receiving the code number yourself and delivering it through other means.

After you place the order, the order message will show the code number, and it will also have a link to a printable version of the gift certificate, which can be printed our from the browser and given to anyone you wish. Whoever uses the certificate does not need to spend the entire amount in a single order; the amount will be decreased with each purchase. The person using the certificate will also be able to place an order for a larger amount and pay the difference with any of our defined payment options.

When the certificate user enters the certificate code number in the shopping cart, a line will be added to show the amount applied from the certificate (as a negative red number, similar to a discount). This might be the full amount of the order, which would be followed by an "amount due" line that would be shown as $0.00, or it might be the full amount of the gift certificate followed by an "amount due" line showing the balance that the shopper will pay.
